Been using this app for over 4 years now and I have no complaints. It’s pretty user friendly and allowed my Shopify store to have functions that I typically wouldn’t have..

I had a tiny issue, reached out to customer service and they were very quick and responsive with a solution! Highly Appreciated

The default options were too limited, but this app gave me full control, I was able to create complex options for my products in minute.

Everything works as promised. Just wish the design customization was a bit more flexible, but overall it’s a solid app that does the job.

I can now offer multiple product variants and custom text fields easily, the options look clean on the product page and it doesn't slow down my site at all. The interface is user-friendly and the customer service is perfect.

This app appears user friendly and simple to use. However, I require an upcharge feature on products, which the app does not offer without upgrading to a plan. Upon subscribing for $9.95, the feature still does not work. My shop system does not automatically recognize the feature. There is no live chat support, and you have to search for a way to contact any type of support. There is only an email. I emailed support asking if there was a way to configure or add code and have not received a response. There is no tutorial anywhere regarding my issue.

There is no free trial, so the only way to test whether it works with your shop is by subscription, and so far I've heard nothing regarding a refund. I had the subscription for all of 5 minutes.

If you're going to pay any money for a subscription, I'd skip this app and find one of the other several available for Shopify.

Excellent app, we rely on this app for SO many of our products. The developer is incredibly responsive on the rare occasion that we run into an issue. Highly recommended!

Very glitchy, it resets all fields repeatedly, Ive had to redo everything around 3 times in the last week as it reformats and deletes fields that were previously inputted. Very frustrating!!!!

The app worked great, and the owner was very helpful, but in the last 2-3 months they haven't logged into my store, which has left most of my inventory with broken links and unable to customise. So I either re-do my whole store or find another app.

We experienced an issue with the app that resulted in unintended formatting issues that we were unable to resolve. Within hours of contacting the dev, they were able to sort out all the issues.
While the app does not fully provide the functionality we're looking for I have nothing bad to say about it. It wasn't what we were looking for; but the Dev Team is amazing.
