Very bad customer service, not punctual staff, high prices and very very bad Multi-Channel Integration Platform.I'm waiting three weeks for someone to help me, but until today no one has helped me, I even called BigBuy customer service, but still no answer

A really bad RMA Process, Worse Customer Support i have ever seen. Ridiculous working case times. You will suffer from Bad Experience for your customers and your reputation will get lower, because they don't understand their work.

Hotline is giving after 6 tries of Calling an Notification to another Department
(in my eyes a ridiculous Service! They are seems to be a ripping of Scam)
25.4.2024:
1 Month later, still not changed or sent the new harddisk, the customer sent 14 ago the harddisk back. Argumentation by bigbuy, the are looking manually in their post entry, where they can find the harddisk. All in all this service is like a joke.
7.5.2024:
Until today no response from BigBuy about Harddisk, Customer is still waiting for changing broken harddisk!!!
8.5.2024:
No response. The referred Hotline is nobody taking my phone call. The Information is please try again later and putting off line. Also tried support in 2 languages german and english, no difference!
Today i canceled the paying contract.
Summary:
Wasted 800 Euro, Unsatisfied Customers, Wasted hours of my time.
If there would exist 0 star, i would rate it with zero stars!

Poor service with staff who have no idea, poor system and app! I had problems with the synchronisation from the beginning and I honestly regret that I paid so much for such a system and service that they claimed to be professional. I can't even make changes to my shop without this awful app just changing things again! I put in so much work and time for nothing...This function is not very clear to set up from the beginning and the system can be improved with great desire!! I don't recommend anyone to work with BigBuy.

I cannot relate to negative reviews that I’m reading, customer service it’s efficient and with knowledge of their business, you need to do a bit your homework since most of the answer are in the academy. Turnaround is within a couple of hours and the provide with satisfactory answers.

BE AEWARE!! When the time comes you want to cancel your subscription, YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO DO SO! There is literally no option in their control panel to cancel it, even though they lie here that it’s possible!!!
Sent a withdraw request, to get MY money out of their site, received a confirmation that it will be done within 5 business days, it’s been over a week. They don't respond to emails, and theres no money to be seen.
Thinking back at it now, how was i so foolish to fall for this scam like “moneywallet” deposits.
Very convenient system they have set up, which does not allow you to cancel a subscription neither get the money you own out.
Which just means that your subscription keeps running with your money in your “moneywallet” while they ghost you! :)

Sortiment not good enough.
Prices to high to actually be able to earn a living with you as a supplier.
Had to pay more than 1000 euro to simply be able to access the difficult and slow "Multi-Channel Integration Platform".
Support is slow and not ready to please their customers.
I had the worst supplier experience with you guys and lost a lot of money over literally nothing.
I simply want to cancel my account from you (that I've had for one month), get a refund and part ways without ever looking back.

It tell you very great product, amazing drop shipping options and brands, really useful if you want to avoid the brand issues and want to sell official stock, these carriers are great carriers, and have great tech and customer service support in multiple languages.
Also their online ecommerce solutions, delivery & service offerings is very impressive and the support with it in both English & Spanish is complete GREAT!!!

Bigbuy versucht über die Freundlichkeit & Versprechen der Mitarbeiter die Händler solange wie möglich zu halten. Die meisten Produkte bekommt ihr bei Amazon günstiger eingekauft, als bei Bigbuy mit einem Händlerkonto. Das System ist nicht gewinnbringend für die Händler. Auch die kommunikation zieht sich wochenlang, da jede E-Mail max. einmal am Tag beantwortet wird und so sich jede Frage bis zur Beantwortung, Wochen ziehen kann! Finger Weg von Bigbuy
Achja: das kennen wir schon, jetzt schreibt Bigbuy bestimmt , es meldet sich jemand bei dir um das Problem zu klären; Niemand wird sich melden ;(

Ich Bezahle für BigBuy 189 Euro und ZUSÄTZLICH 153 Euro damit ich Shopify angeblich nutzen kann, und die wollen ZUSÄTZLICH noch dass ich extra zahle oder den Jährlichen Shopify plan kaufe. No recomiendo. No existe coste/beneficio, los precios son más altos de los que se encuentran en el mercado. Las tiendas online, como shopify, solo aceptan si pagas 1 año o un plano avanzado y no gastas menos de 800 euros para tener el servicio de BigBuy, no compensa. Algunos de los pedidos hecho por clientes no fueron entregados y tampoco reembolsados.

This company does not provide 10% of the value it costs. The price to register and integrate to shopify store costs around 350 euros. The pain does not end here, It is also necessary to have Shopify yearly plan to add this courier app with shopify. I was disappointed with their service from the very beginning. Their website has a lot of bugs. So, I reviewed their company with 1 star. Then they emailed and called me to remove the reviews because of Trustpilot. I asked them to cancel my subscription and for a refund. According to their so-called policies they said they can not refund. So, I am writing my honest review of them again.

I have upgraded my shopify plan from monthly to annually for the sole purpose of wanting to use bigbuy, but when I open the BigBuy App, I get the same error message, that I have to switch to an annually Shopify Plan to use BigBuy. So, sadly, I still cannot use BigBuy

Bigbuy is a complete scam for dropshippers. They list the products themselves and for a lower sell price than the actual cost they give you. So for example if you want to sell a product from them with a cost of 60 euros ou will see that they sell that very same product for less than the cost price, let's say 58 euros. This means it basically makes no sense to sell their products, they do it themselves already and you would need to outcompete them. Cost me a lot of time to translate their stupid product descriptions and also advertising moneyy until i realized i have no chance to even get even. ABSOLUTE SCAM, STAY AWAY

I have a monthly Shopify plan. I have been told multiple times that I can connect with the BigBuy app. But every time I try to connect, it says that I need to take a yearly plan. It's disappointing that I was always told that it was possible.

Das ganze Konzept ist super durchdacht, und der Service ist auch super. Schnelle Antworten auf Fragen. Die synchronisation der Produkte klappt auch super, und ist leicht und verständlich einzurichten.
Das große aber.... Ich verstehe es nicht eine Bestellung von Spanien nach Deutschland war innerhalb von 2 tagen da, da dachte ich wow was für eine super Versandzeit. Dann bestellte ein Kunde und nach 5 tagen kam schon die erste Mail: Wo bleibt meine Bestellung? Die Lieferzeit betrug bei dem Artikel ganze 10 Tage von Spanien nach Deutschland, nun wurde das Paket erst 3 Tage nach Bestellung verschickt.
Was ist das für ein komisches Konzept, wenn man auf der Seite einen Artikel in den Warenkorb legt sagen wir Freitags und da steht dann Bestellen Sie heute und wir versenden es am Dienstag. Versand Tage für bestimmte Produkte? Wo wird dann so gearbeitet und ich komme aus der Logistik Branche. In der heutigen Zeit mit Amazon und Co wo Artikel teilweise schon am nächsten Tag da sind so zu Arbeiten. Da muss man schon extreme Dumping Preise anbieten um einen Kunden dazu bewegen nochmals in deinem Shop etwas in den Warenkorb zu legen.
Ich bin schon die ganze Zeit am überlegen wie ich das hin bekomme schnellere Versandzeiten hin zu bekommen, Vielleicht DHL Luftfracht oder UPS Luftfracht, aber da Liegen die Versandkosten bei 20 Euro und wäre nicht mehr tragbar.
Also ehrlich, da solltet ihr als so großes Unternehmen drüber nachdenken die Versandzeiten so zu legen das der Artikel am gleichen spätestens am nächsten Tag zu Verschicken. 10 Tage sind einfach zu lang, hätte ich nicht den Jahresplan gewählt wäre ich schon weg.

I have a shopify store and I’m on a monthly plan. I’m not able to install bigbuy app because it’s stating that I need an annual plan. Goofing by the feedback on here you have said that monthly plan can be accepted.

I am not very happy with their service. Shipping to Switzerland is not optimised. I need to include shipping and customs fee in the price of the products but Bigbuy doesnt allow to do that. They oblige the end customers to pay for it which doesnt comply with Google policies. My GMC got suspended because of that and they dont have a solution.

Please be reminded that customs feed and import taxes, cannot be included in the prices of products, as they are not fixed (they depend on many customs factors).

Regarding the shipping costs, we do not force you to use them and you can easily adjust prices to include shipping costs in the price of the products, so you can offer free shipping.

The worse dropshipping services . They are misleading when they describe their service and they do not refund your hard worked money.
Stay away, they are thieves .
They have described the shipping fees for my clients between £0.91 - £5.44 /KG and they said that their shipping app works with Basic Shopify Annual subscription.
Well, I have tried the service by purchasing something small ( less than 1 kg) and they have asked double for the shipping price . Their app only works with Advanced Shopify Annual. So nothing like they have described. If other people went thru this with this company , lets do something about them. They do not refund my money even thou I have not used their service. I have asked for my refund in the same day when I have signed up.

I have submitted a complaint report to google to shut down BigBuy's advertisement from their search engine and now I request Shopify to remove this app from their app store. Dear innocent users be aware that BigBuy is a Scam. I lost almost a thousand euros on BigBuy for nothing. They know very well after testing their app nobody is going to purchase it. That's why they don't offer a test version, instead, you have to purchase the connector first of all and pay for a monthly subscription to use their app.
Please be careful and read the reviews here and as well as on google before you buy this app. 99% are complaining about this Scam.

Spent time reading info and watching videos on their website and contacted them and read the links they sent me and at the end they don't have a trial period for their service!! You have to pay them 219€ once and at least 69€ every month!!! It doesn't sound normal here.
Without knowing the quality of service, cost of shipping and delivery time +++++ ,You have to pay them 288€ and you can never return it if you are not satisfied with the service.. I will never do that.

Hello, we have a minor issue with the app, it says we cannot use it since we don't have the annual shopify plan. Help for this issue would be awesome. Thanks in advance.

1) The app works with any Shopify plan. The warning it's just because, if you have monthly plan, Shopify does not allow you to use synchronized carrier rates.
If you DO have annual plan, contact Shopify support to request activation of third-party carrier rates calculated at check-out.
Please understand this is not an App configuration, it's Shopify basic configuration.
2) Whenever you need help, you can go to BigBuy contact area https://www.bigbuy.eu/en/contact and write to us, the Tech Support department.

Its a pity that the carrier names and shipping estimates cannot be translated. This makes the checkout look unprofessional/untrustworthy on non-english websites. Other than that, the app is working fine so far.

1) On one side, take in account that our App does not need for any update of plan to be used.
If you are a BigBuy customer, you can use even with Shopify monthly basic plan.
2) On the other side, the warning refers to the automatic calculation of carrier by an external app, you will need to contact Shopify support and ask to activate that option for you.

great app but when i try to install it on my shopify and select the the different shipping companies it starts getting strange.. all my prices should be in DKK (danish kroner ) but somehow the price dont change from the Euro price.
so for an example, normally it is 8 Euro but when i want to change it to DKK it still says 8 but now in DKK and that is like 1 Euro. but it is still charge the customer 8 EURO ?? can anybody help me ? tried to write Bigbuy without any luck..

This could be good but it alway lose the connection. Than i can't reconnected it alwasy say no connection and not the right plan

But the problem is , BigBuy carrier app gives us these shipping prices in Euros but we need shipping costs in Danish krones. Hello I have archived everything, the message keeps coming. without shipping to the destination ???? Good day We have major problems with your app, customers can no longer order from us. Wrong shipping providers are displayed that have not been activated by us.
some items cannot be ordered because the app reports the message at the checkout. Shipping in Switzerland is not possible. May 10th to date no response from support, this is Bigbuy worst customer service, we will report the case to Shopify.

The problem you have had is that you have deactivated too many carriers and some areas have not any carrier available.
