Bloom is a wonderful app! The transition process from our old platform was painless, the customer service is top notch, and the app itself allows us all of the infinite e-commerce possiblities that shopify has to offer, with a wine... and wine CLUB-specific focus. Bloom is a must for any winery looking to increase their DtC and club enrollment. And if you happen to be afraid of the hassle of switching from a platform that is inferior-but-comfortable to something new and better, don't be!
