I've been using BonJoro for several years now and feel that it has truly become a differentiator for my company. It's a nice way to engage with them and to thank them for choosing us as we know that they absolutely had a choice. We have gotten a lot of engagement from them and return / repeat business. :)

I have been using Bonjoro for over nearly 2 years now and it has been one of the best apps out there for customer retention. Being able to connect with my customers in a personal way has been so great for customer retention and growth.
The integration has been simple to setup, and the ability to connect with different customers in their lifespan of the business has been helpful too. I have messages for first time customers, as well as ambssadors. I also love the iPhone app. It makes it very simple to make videos on the go.
The app has been easy to setup and use, and I am seeing the big uptake in customer re-orders. we went from about 25% re-orders to about 34%. Wow!

Bonjoro has done WONDERS for SAVVY beverage! It's easy to use, and gives such a wonderful personal touch to our customer service.
Our re-purchase rate has gone up a lot since using it, and I believe a lot of this is due to Bonjoro! Sooo many customers respond to our videos and love it, and convert into long-term subscribers or purchasers with us.
