Amazing app backed by even better support. Matt personally helped us troubleshoot and optimize our subscription flow, and his replies were fast and thoughtful. I would give a million stars if I could!!! I was looking for an app that could help me setup a listing with a monthly option and a yearly option where the product still gets delivered once a month but the customer can prepay for a year and get a discount. I also wanted to make a gifting listing where someone could prepay for 1,3,6, or 12 months. I wanted this to be a one time charge for them, but to make me each order to fulfill monthly. I tried so many things including tons of other apps and Shopify flow. THIS APP CAN DO ALL OF THAT!! I couldn’t figure out how to hide the “one time purchase option” so I reached out and they made an update so it could do that!!!! There were a few other things and they continued to update the app so it would work for me, can you believe that!!!???? Matt even wrote me custom code so that I could hide the “charge every” feature on the widget for my gifting subscription while keeping it there for the other one. I am absolutely blown away by the insane customer service and the fact that they even changed things to make it work for me. I’m sure I was an absolute headache for them but they were so incredibly kind the entire time and stayed with me through the whole ordeal. I was worried I couldn’t make my shop the way I wanted without spending toooons of money, but this app and it’s amazing people made it possible. If you need a subscription app THIS IS THE ONE!!! And it’s FREEEE!!? Guys they have my undying loyalty. Definitely get this app and reach out if you need help!

I reached out because something wasn’t syncing correctly and Matt resolved it almost immediately. He kept me updated the whole time and explained what happened in a way I could understand. Really happy with both the app and the service

The customer portal is great. Our subscribers can pause or skip deliveries on their own, which saves us a lot of manual work. The dashboard also gives a clear view of active subscriptions and revenue.

I installed this app thinking it would take me all afternoon to figure out, but nope. Five minutes later I had my first subscription running and felt like some kind of tech wizard. My customers love the convenience and I love pretending I know what I’m doing. Great app
