This app is great and easy to use. Literally took us a few minutes to set up and it helped our customers have a quick easy way to set up and appointment. Also it's one of the most economical apps out there

Updating our original 4 star review to 5 stars! They have done a great job adding additional features to the app since the original release. We couldn't be happier with this app!!!
We take appointments for potential customers to come view our samples of First Communion and Baptismal clothing and accessories. We do not want calendar integration's or have complicated needs for scheduling - we recommend either 1/2 hour or 1 hour timeslots - and want the customers to be able to offer up their preferences for when they want to come.
This app gives us an official looking presence on our website for the possibility of making an appointment by adding an option to our menu - we called our button "Book an Appointment". A simple form pops up where we give basic instructions to the customer and the form allows them to select dates/times that work for them. We get an e-mail where we can follow up with the customer to finalize a time.
Pro's:
- affordable
- very easy to install & configure - took less than 5 minutes - very simple instructions are included
- questions we had were answered by Developer and we felt they were willing to work with us

platform is not user friendly
will not let me edit the app, keep getting errors. Removed and reinstalled many times.
The app is ok, but it doesn't up date the available dates like it should. plus when I receive notifications with requested dates and times, its in the requsters time zone. This causes extra work for me.
This app is awesome it has help me keep my appointment's schedule in order with no confusion easy set up. I recommend this app to anyone.
I like the app but unfortunately, it does not allow me to schedule a class on a particular day and time and allow the customer to click on it and book the specific class.
Please cancel as of 3/22/17 my trial subscription. Plan on evaluating your Product Booking app for possible need.

I recently installed this appointment app, and so far it has been fantastic! Installation was a breeze, I did have one question and got an immediate reply. Booking is very streamlined - an easy experience for customer as well as our shop! So far, it just couldn't be better!
