Boxi: Bundle Box Builder, BYOB

Boxi has been an absolute game-changer for my store. I run a gifting business with a Build Your Own Box experience, and this is the only app that handled everything I needed — custom steps, beautiful UX, easy product organisation, and seamless integration with my theme.

What makes it even better is the support. Dmitrii has been incredible fast, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me get the perfect setup. Every question was answered thoroughly and nothing was ever too much trouble.

He obviously knows his product inside out but in the space of call, he understood my objectives and advised and adapted his app to suit my store's needs. Dmitri then assisted me further by ensuring the necessary infrastructure features were enabled to allow BOXI to work as I wished. The interface is very clean and easy to use. Would love to see a product enhancement of a search bar within the box builder to search through products, but otherwise the customer support is top notch and the team is very quick to respond and troubleshoot any questions/issues you may have. Lots of support and options are recommended to fit your store's needs. Recommend!

I've been apprehensive about setting up a Build A Box feature, but Boxi is very user-friendly. I'm just at the beginning but love the options that are available and appreciated my onboarding chat with Dmitri.
