The app is currently unusable. It is stuck indefinitely on "Loading catalog data in progress." After inspecting the console, I found a major authentication flaw in your API connection: {"message":"1 validation error detected: Value null at 'shopifySessionToken' failed to satisfy constraint: Member must not be null"}.

How is it possible that the session token is null when the connection is through Shopify's own platform? Furthermore, the API response confirms that the operation bulk_fulfillment_update for my domain (ayaecofashion.myshopify.com) does not exist. This lack of maintenance is directly affecting my sales and inventory management. Please address this backend failure immediately.

I was excited about this app as it promised to simplify my fulfilment process. I’ve used MCF before and expected this to remove the need for manually entering customer details. Instead, orders are sent to Amazon but remain stuck in “processing” and never get fulfilled, an issue others have also raised. Seller Support has been extremely poor — a 45-minute investigation resulted in generic responses and no resolution.

There should not be any need to input customer details manually; relevant customer details are automatically funneled from Shopify order management.

Our team looked into the order placed from your store on Feb 4 and found that it was cancelled manully via your Amazon account on Fe 6 before it could be shipped and delivered. We have also initiated an investigation into the support case to understand why it took so long and did not resolve your issue - we are committed to improve and make sure this experience does not occur again for any merchant.

I was really excited to use the MCF Fast Badge for my Shopify store, but at first it wouldn’t appear on my live product page—even though it showed correctly in preview. I tried everything: matching SKUs, checking inventory, adjusting permissions, reinstalling, and even having Shopify reindex the page. Nothing worked initially.

However, Amazon has since fixed the issue, and the Fast Badge now displays perfectly on my site. Support was responsive throughout the process, and I appreciate that the team followed through and resolved it.

The feature works exactly as promised and is a great addition for improving conversions. Very happy it’s functioning properly now. Highly recommend!

As with any Amazon's product, the support is awful. Currently the app is sending fulfillment requests to Amazon, but MCF does not accept requests, nor does it provide any notification updates or support options. Amazon seller central support asks for Amazon MCF order number to proceed, which I don't have because the requests are not being received by Amazon.

Shipping speed mapping is available in the app:
1. On the app home screen, select 'Configure shipping options'.
2. At the bottom of the shipping options page, you'll see all shipping rates you've configured for your store (across all shipping profiles). For each rate, you can select the MCF speed you'd like to apply by opening the drop-down menu in the 'Shipping speed' column.

Amazon's Team is highly supportive and responsive. Learning some of the settings here and hiccups has been a challenge when the app was brand new but Amazon in typical fashion supported us and we are running smooth now. This app is highly beneficial to our company.
