Highly recommend. Very easy to use and the level of customer service is unmatched on the app store. I'm very glad I found Buzzbassador!
Great idea. Make sure you are 100% sure you want to download the app because you won't be able to test it out. I downloaded the app and deleted after 20 minutes after quickly figuring out it didn't have the ability to customize as much as I needed it to. I thought id let any future store owners know this before they go and take a risk! overall a great app with a great support staff.
I have to first state how amazing customer service at Buzzbassador is. Calvin the co-founder, went above and beyond walking me through the onboarding process step by step. The system is simple with easy drag and drop modules; while the custom designs are sleek and up to date. As a growing brand, I am so excited to have this tool to optimize and grow my business. Shoutout to Buzzbassador for creating this awesome APP!

Really great app! Has a ton of functionality like the ability to set up auto-payments to ambassadors via PayPal. There are also custom build landing pages which I found to be very useful. Love it, check it out!!!

No free trial offer, no refund, complicated UXUI, expensive and not user friendly. Definitely not worth for pay wouldn't recommend it!

I see that you complained about the app having complicated UX/UI and not being user-friendly, so I looked back through our support emails and support chats and I didn't see any record of you reaching out to ask for help - was there something in particular that was confusing for you? Someone from our team would be happy to hop on a call with you and help walk you through whatever you were having trouble with. We pride ourselves on good customer support!
I also see that you were disappointed that we did not offer a free trial or a refund; However, I don't see where you reached out to request a refund. If you have any record of that conversation, we would be happy to look into it!
Please let us know how we can make this up to you! Our team prides itself on being very intentional with our customers and building supportive relationships with them. I just began using the app and I already love it! Ive used other several other apps and this is my favorite by far. It’s very well organized and does majority all of the work for you after setting it up, which is easy. Great customer service. I’m very satisfied and excited to use it more.

Being a CPG company with limited tech knowledge, it's extremely valuable to have an actual human being help us onboard and give us amazing customer service at the same time. Shelby really gave us the white glove treatment during this process and she was very easy to reach when we needed further assistance. I'm excited about the additional integrations they're working on in the pipeline so that we're able to bring in other affiliates across other programs.
I don't tend to leave reviews, but I'm impressed with this app and its service. First, it was so easy to set up. The setup was very intuitive. There was only one thing I did not know how to do in the software. But, that minor issue was solved during the onboarding meeting. Regarding the onboarding meeting and timely notifications leading up to it, their support + care is surprisingly high. So far, it's been great! After much research, I'm glad I gambled on this newer app.
I set up my ambassador program in 1 hour from start to finish, very easy program to set up and make changes. love it!!
I installed this app yesterday, and so far I'm loving all the functionality and designs for each of the forms. Everything is very easy to customise, setup and looks sleek/professional which matches our brand. To top it off, I had a kickoff call with Calvin the co-founder this morning and he was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. It is obvious these guys truly care about the user experience, and helping businesses soar by implementing a strong ambassador program. Highly recommended!

I've used this app to get my brand going for ambassadors. I only gave it 4 stars because it's more of a do it yourself program to get your ambassador thing off the ground at this point. But they are always looking at ways to improve and add to their services. Plus the thing that I love is really their customer service. If I ever get stuck or have questions, their team is quick to talk with me and help me through stuff. If you're looking at getting into brand ambassadors, buzzbassador is a great platform to get you started!

Absolutely love this app and the customer service is phenomenal. Easy set-up guide on how to create your program, discounts, landing pages, and standard emails to fit your brand style. Never had to wait long on questions being answered through their chat and you can tell it's a REAL person on the other side - great hype people too ;)
So far so good. The set up guide is really easy to follow, and when you can't figure something out the support team are amazing!!! They are a start up too, so you need to realise not all of the bells and whistles are there, but they are working on it and for the time being, it really has everything you need to launch an ambassador program successfully.
Good so far, makes using smaller influencers much easier than manually sending messages. Support is pretty good too
UPDATE:
With their fast customer support, I was able to learn the app's UI and functionality. They also customized a Manual Payment button for me because I prefer to pay my ambassadors manually. They also offered a one-month free of charge and a possible adjusted billing plan which I look forward to. FIRST REVIEW:
It is not simple, really really complicated app, and doesn't have an option to pay ambassadors manually. Too expensive.

I want to reiterate that my team and I sincerely apologize that you have been disappointed with your Buzzbassador experience. As you know, we have been doing everything we can to assist you with your questions over chat, and I feel confident that the solutions we have provided can resolve each of your concerns.
To address your points specifically:
Regarding “complicated app” — As a reminder, we provide simple follow-along usage guides for every part of Buzzbassador, and we strive to create the most user-friendly experience possible. With these guides, most merchants are able to get their account set up and running in minutes. We also offer one-on-one video calls to answer our merchants’ questions and walk them through the set up process step by step. Although you declined our offers to chat on a call, I just want to reiterate that the option is still available to you any time!
Regarding “doesn’t have an option to pay ambassadors manually” — I know I already explained this in our chat thread, but to clarify here, we do in fact offer an option to manually pay ambassadors. Several of our merchants use this option; it is fully operational. All you need to do is complete the manual payment with your preferred payment method, and then mark those ambassadors’ commissions as paid within the app using the “Mark As Paid” button. I will go ahead and send you these instructions again over chat and email, just in case you missed them last time. :)
Regarding “too expensive” — I see that you are still using our 2 week free trial, but once you begin your first billing cycle I am happy to discuss with you the potential of an adjusted billing plan. We are always open to work with small businesses and startups on this!

Highly recommend this app! Gone are the days full of headaches from the bottlenecks that are created by manually needing to manage your ambassadors. This app has been simple to use and the team at buzzbassador has been great with providing value!
Great app. I personally love it cuz it's very easy to use and easy to manage all of my Ambassadors. Shelby and the whole team are fantastic and their customer support is on point!
This app helped me take the first scary step into the world of ecommerce and is currently helping my brand get out there in the world and spread. The people behind it are true and genuine. They wish only success on others and their app really follows through on that. Whether you are a beginner like myself or a pro, this app is the one to use.
5-stars is an understatement. The support provided by the team (Shelby especially) is world class. I had a feature request while in my trial period and immediately they were checking with their dev team and providing me with a timeline. I can't recommend this app enough, and look forward to working with them more going forward! 5/5 stars in every category!

Buzzbassador is AMAZING! Right now I have 25 ambassadors and growing each day! Buzzbassador makes it so easy for the ambassador to create their own personalized discount codes, and it tracks their commission! It definitely saves me a lot of time! and who doesn't love dark mode!

Customer Service is Awesome. I would totally recommend! I don't know why shopify has us use a minimum of 100 characters, but again totally worth it!
This APP is like trash, it actually doesn't run functionally at all. It can create discounts for you in a mess but in reality the so called ambassadors even cannot add bank account/paypal to receive payouts. It is definitely a cheating app, once you approve the 39.99$, you cannot get it back because no free trial. Fraud-like app, not recommend at all! Already apply for refund and reported to shopify

I love this app! The layout is super easy to use and to get the hang of. This app is a game changer and is the way to gain ambassadors for your brand in 2020 and going forward. By using this app my sales have doubled and I am seeing more engagement with my brand than ever before. I 100% recommend this app.

I’ve been able to speak with the developers and am happy to say they’ve been very willing to work with me through the issues I’ve experienced using the platform. They even agreed to send a letter to my ambassadors on my behalf to apologize for the technical issues. I’m looking forward to working closely with them to introduce this platform to my ambassadors.

Listen, this platform is not ready!
Their friends and likely new users wrote reviews before actually having the chance to try out the app. Notice the reviews say things like "looking forward to" or "excited to try", "will be...". Well, I tried my hardest to stick with this app and implement it within my business. Many of the features still need more development. The platform looks nice, however, it seems all very beta still. The Landing Page did not allow me to add the additional Image and Video boxes, they were place holders and did not actually allow me to load additional images or videos outside of the precoded layout. When I inserted my images and texts into the existing blocks, the information would not save. I was forced to deleted deadend blocks and save bits and pieces of information I could at a time. I thought maybe it was my home internet connection, so I tried my hotspot, and then went out of my quarantined way to a friends house to use their stronger wifi, and that was not the issue.
I contacted tech support several times and was told someone would email me, days later, no one did. So I saved whatever I could to the landing page, and sent out my Ambassador Approvals. Upon sending out my acceptance links, the Go to My Account button was a deadend and also where the link is supposed to auto-generate (if the button doesn't work) was not there as well.
So I sent a direct link from my domain email account to everyone.
What else didn't work was the auto-generated code for each Ambassador Codes within the Landing Page... Nothing about this site worked.
I contacted support ONE final time, and asked someone call or email me. I received an email from a co-founder saying they tried to call me, and I had zero missed calls. I emailed back and requested to schedule a call and NOTHING.
I am livid that I lost the interest of the 15 Ambassadors that were ready to sell my products. What's worse is the women who were interested are all out of work manicurists who were trying to supplement their income because they are out of work due to COVID-19. It's also hurting my business as well, because I operate 2 brick and mortar businesses and we switched to online retail to keep our businesses and others employed.
TRY another platform that has hundreds of reviews first, I'm pretty sure they earned them.
I'll update you all if they fix the issues and refund my $39.99 and credit my losses.

First of all, we'd like to sincerely apologize about the issues you have faced in your short time of using Buzzbassador. We can assure you these issues are not a regular occurrence for us and our team, and we have done (and will continue to do) the best we possibly can to resolve them in a timely manner.
Our development team and our other team members have each tested the landing page, ambassador approval and ambassador code functions on our end and we cannot seem to find any issues with them, so this seems to be an isolated issue. That could be why it has taken us a bit longer than normal to get back to you-- we always want to make sure we are replying to our users with solutions, so we typically wait to respond with next steps until all the issues are resolved (24-72 hours max). Our development team is still actively working on resolving the issues you are facing and will get back to you as soon as we possibly can.
As far as the call you requested, we are always open and willing to supporting our users over the phone. Our co-founder did attempt to call you, and we have emailed you proof of those outgoing calls. It seems like the calls were not going through to the number you provided, but we will try again shortly-- hopefully we can get in touch with you and talk this out over the phone. [UPDATE: According to our records, our co-founder was able to reach you via phone.)
Lastly, we definitely empathize with your struggles with your stores and the frustrations of your ambassadors-- the founders of this app previously ran clothing stores ourselves and we fully understand where you are coming from. We would be happy to reach out to your ambassadors directly, apologize, and take full responsibility for any inconveniences they faced so that we can help reconcile those relationships. [UPDATE: We have sent an email to your ambassadors directly apologizing for any inconveniences they experienced and taking full blame.]

Awesome app! I was juggling 100 of ambassadors via spread sheets and this app came in and automated everything. Makes tracking codes a breeze and if you're not using ambassadors you're missing out on a whole new market! Support is super quick and super helpful! 10/10 recommend.
