Callback request flow

A customer clicks on the callback widget and enters his phone number, date and time that suits them. You will instantly get an email notification about this with all available customer details as well as new customer record in Customers section of your store with all callback details in notes. Customers default pre-filled callback time is 1 hour after they make a request. You always have time to get more information about the product and answer all the customer's questions when you call back over phone, Viber, WhatsApp or any other messenger.

How does it work?

The Callback App integrates small and nice pop-up with your Shopify store. When the customer wants to ask a question about the product and submits callback form, app automatically sends a request to your email.

Does Callback handle timezones and availability time?

Absolutely! Callback automatically detects user's time zone and shows you estimated time on client's side when callback is requested. You can also check days of the week and time when your customers can request callback in a very user-friendly way.

How can I customize the app?

  • Button's location (you can choose any corner of the page or paste the code to a template you prefer manually);
  • Configurable phrases (German and French translations supported from the box);
  • Callback button's color can be changed;
  • You can disable or enable optional callback form fields (name, location, call time, date, email, notes);
  • Hide callback button from specific pages;
  • Set up form auto-opening on scroll or after delay;
  • Enable or disable Geolocation API that detects user's location;
  • Track callback requests history in your admin and set callback status to pending / processed (simple CRM system);
  • You can enable or disable writing callback details into customer's notes (which is useful for tracking history of communication with a customer).

    I just updated my review to 5 stars, as the support has done a great job to make the app compatible with my Theme. The Apps look great, support is reactive, I was able to customize the widget suitable for my theme. So all looks perfect. I upgraded to a pay plan, as I consider this App the best for my use. there are Apps much more expensive without much more functionalities. So what do you wait for? Install it and see !
