This is a very well made app, with sound business logic. It has been simply a plug in and work out the box solution for us. We are getting approx. 10-20 less support tickets per day due to having this, customers now fix their own problems. We used this app to allow customers to edit/cancel orders after purchase. This helped cut down our customer support time; also improve customers' experience tremendously. This app also allows customers to edit/cancel orders from their account page. Axel from the development team has been super responsive and helpful.
