I love being able to see which products are creating activity and where the action is coming from so I can be more targeted with my marketing initiatives.

This used to be an amazing app with great insight into what people on my site were looking at in their carts. Now it seems to be hit or miss. I use this in conjunction with the shopify live view. So I can see when someone is on the site and when they are checking out. Then I will check on the OnSpruce app and it will show no one checking out...the most recent will maybe be an 30-60min ago. When I first got the app a year ago, this worked perfectly. But it just isn't consistent anymore which makes it hard to trust what I am seeing. Support basically just tells me I am wrong about it when I reported last time and I keep having this issue and they don't seem to want to work on it. Don't get me wrong...it is very important data for me when it is working. But since it isn't consistent now...it has changed from important data to just interesting data...which probably means it won't be worth it for me to give them money every month.

We understand how frustrating unexpected charges can be, and we’re here to help clarify the situation.

Subscription charges are managed directly by Shopify. Based on their automated billing system, your app installation on August 17, 2024, at 7:58 AM and uninstallation on August 31, 2024, at 1:59 PM exceeded the 14-day trial period by just over 6 hours, which is why a charge was applied for the first month's subscription.

Excellent app! It includes as much information as is available about the person who added items to their cart, including their email address. When we got a bunch of ATCs from a bot, Cart Insights support was vey helpful and set up a rule that excludes that bot's ATCs as well as ATCs from my own email. They plan to add this as a DIY feature in a future update. Thanks for the great support!

The Most App I used in my Shopify Store! I love to see, what products my Clients like the Most, also the developer of the App installed a Feature, that I needed for my Shop, too. Im happy that I found this App.

This app is extremely helpful and the developer was maybe the most accommodating we have had the opportunity to work with on shopify. He went above and beyond to add custom features to the app for our specific work flow. Can I give 10 stars?

Great app. Cart Insights let me know exact which customer add which products to the cart. First thing I do in the morning is to check cart insights' email, and see how many customer create a cart and what are the products in each cart.
