We've been working with Kbite for a while now, and it works wonderfully! It's a great app, easy to set up and use, and it brings a lot of revenue without the hassle of contacting the clients manually.
This app has been incredible for us keeping track of demand on our out of stock products. We are a very small team here and need to prioritize restocks in the most effective way and this gives us clear insights into those priorities based on the number of people signing up for the waitlists.
Also when I did have small issue Sam was super responsive solving my problem right away. Great app & great team!

This app has been super helpful to us over the years. It allows us to collect customer phone numbers so we can send out a text when products come back in stock. It's awesome to see the sales attributed to the sms messages. Totally worth it and easy to set up.

Sam, the solo developer behind the app, has created something excellent. The interface is clean and intuitive, and the ability to craft personalised messages and custom buttons made a huge difference for our brand experience.
When we needed assistance, Sam responded almost immediately with clear communication and fast support. Setup was seamless, and both email and SMS notifications were sent instantly once inventory went live.
The reporting and analytics were also outstanding, was beyond what we expected at this price point.
Most importantly, the app worked. Orders started flooding in the moment stock was added back to the website, before we’d even posted on social media or sent our own email campaign.
