The cart bots can be easily configured, edited and removed (if needed). Example: Whenever a customer buys regular coffee grounds, you want to also add a sample of a new coffee ground blend to their cart, as a free gift with purchase. You can configure the app to add this new coffee ground blend to their cart and remove it whenever they remove the main product.

Initially had some issues getting to bot to function properly with a custom checkout setup I have. But the team was super helpful eventually tracked down the problem + fixed it.
We've been using this app to simply add a 'free sample' for every purchase. It's super simple to setup and I've NEVER had any issues after it was created.
The only missing feature is that there is (that I can find) no way to have a rule *exception*. For example, if someone adds just a Gift Card to the cart CartBot will still add the sample (which requires shipping) thus adding shipping fee to the gift card only order.
