Casa Loyalty Program & Rewards

We use the referral program side of the app only and it’s the best one we found so far, simple but does everything we need and offers a good amount of customisation. The support was amazing, very reactive and competent.

Out of all the free rewards options in the Shopify app store this one is definitely the best! Customer service is great! And each step of the way had a tutorial attached. Casa Loyalty had just about everything I was looking for for my rewards program. Though I do wish there was a free birthday gift option. I had 1 issue but the team responded in a timely fashion so I do recommend!

Still working on the app, but it's good. Having the option to create VIP tiers and a point system is great. Setting it up is simple but whenever there are issues their support team is on point with getting the issue resolved. Hopefully they come out with more ways to customize it that doesn't require touching the website's code.
