Error 10002 Merchant authentication failed. Activation is done successfully but still facing issue.

I am not getting any support from ccavenue

New bugs every day. The team hasn't been able to resolve our issue even after 48 hours...

third class support , no one knows what they are dealing with , mails after mails , and now the app is showing incomplete , payment are being received but orders not reflecting on shopify channel they are straight going to abandoned checkout.

Zero support from the team. Raised multiple tickets as we are facing issue in installation but no one connected with us or responded to the ticket

Error 10002 Merchant authentication failed. Settings are okay but still not able to recieve payments.

Tech support team don't know how to make this working, have been struggling for support from last few weeks but they keeps forwarding their standard documenting. App is giving 10002 error, and once you refresh same request than its opening payment page, that means domain and keys are fine. So its not like invalid domain error.
Even payment form visible, its phone number field come without any value and you can not modify this so ultimately can't process further without phone number, thats a mandatory field.
