third class support , no one knows what they are dealing with , mails after mails , and now the app is showing incomplete , payment are being received but orders not reflecting on shopify channel they are straight going to abandoned checkout.

Error 10002 Merchant authentication failed. Settings are okay but still not able to recieve payments.
