So far so good. Chad handles about 60% of our tickets which has really made day-to-day ops a lot smoother. We’re also really happy with the free basic plan.

I’ve heard a lot of horror stories from friends getting hit with huge bills, so I like that Chad has a fixed price based on the number of orders we get each month instead of something nebulous like pay per ticket. It’s nice to know that when ...

Chad is a chatbot from the future!!

I went from painstakingly tweaking rules and macros in Gorgias to... click click presto hey everything works! I’m not sure what AI black magic Chad uses under the hood, but it’s goooood. I barely did anything and suddenly Chad knows everything about my store policies and products. Totally game-changing! Highly recommend!

incredibly simple and intuitive. also, awesome support! Sue replied to our questions promptly and went above and beyond in helping us. she patiently walked us through every step of the way (we’re very new to this!) and offered a lot of good suggestions for customizing our chatbot to offer responses exactly the way we wanted. you can tell that they’re a great company with a lot of heart.

I’ve had bad experiences with chatbots in the past where they just end up running rings around the customer and making things worse. Chad, however, is a refreshing exception. It actually resolves most customer issues without fuss. If it’s unsure, it quickly summarizes the issue and I get a notification in my inbox. Exactly what I want from a chatbot!
