Chain Forge: AI Inventory

Overall Model Forge has been a great product to use. We have been using this app for a while now and we have seen it help a lot with placing orders, managing promotions, and tracking future sales over multiple sales platforms.

Our company manages a couple thousand products and it can take up to 3 months to restock from our manufacturer so when this ai tool lets us know its time to place an order on products that are running low, its a life saver!

Since we sell our products on multiple platforms we had to keep track of inventory and orders in google sheets, but now we can track all of these things directly in this app. Its also really nice to be able to gauge how well a promotion will do. We can try out different promos for our products and AI will forecast how many sales we will get at that discount. The AI even recommends certain discounts on our products based on the time of year and our stock.

Only issue we encountered was a problem with the system not matching some of our products across sales platforms properly. It has since been fixed but we think that was an issue on our end since we use UPC's to track products and not SKU's.
