I have been using the HeiChat app on Shopify and find it to be an exceptionally effective solution. It performs reliably, and the development team periodically rolls out new features that continually enhance its capabilities. The customer‑support team is highly responsive and resolves any issues very quickly. By automating routine inquiries, this tool significantly streamlines our customer‑service workflow. The only aspect to monitor closely is cost management, as expenses can rise rapidly when the bot’s request volume increases. Overall, this app delivers strong performance and invaluable time savings for any e‑commerce operation.
App is great and works as it should. It has also picked up more info than i provided and helped multiple customers. We also had a technical request for lazy load support was quick to implement this.
