We added our own FAQs hoping it would handle detailed inquiries better, but it struggled with anything outside of super basic questions. It’s not ready for businesses with more advanced support needs

The AI kept recommending irrelevant products to our customers, which made the experience feel spammy.
We ended up disabling that feature because it was doing more harm than good.

I was excited to try Chattly for our online store, but the AI responses often felt generic and sometimes completely missed the point of customer queries. We had to step in manually more than expected. Disappointing for a product promising 24/7 smart support
