We've been using Chatway for a few days now, and so far it's a really good app, that perfectly meets our current needs. One thing tho for the suggestions box, the ability to edit or delete messages will be great.

The chat experience as well as the inbox aspect have all worked perfectly. Any issues has been resolved promptly and I would highly recommend this app to any Shopify store.
