This app is perfect. We tried a lot of different chat apps and some were too confusing, some way too involved with AI - We just needed an app to help offer live chat when we were online, and FAQ's and a way for our customers to leave a message if we were offline. Pricing is awesome and helpful for small businesses. We really appreciate the customer service and pricing model.

Fantastic app, fast and responsive, clean and user friendly interface and I love getting notifications when I have a new message in the inbox

Its only been a few days of testing this service, but all things seem to be running smoothly! The App was very easy to setup, which is coming from someone who is new to shopify. Additionally, The chat function is quick and I really like the part where I can chat with customers on my phone.

Responsive team helped with SEO on the widget and made it super fast and reliable. Will definitely be buying a few more subscriptions!
