Checkout Rules & Discounts

Very happy with this app so far. It was a little tricky to get my head around at first, but once I had it set up properly, it did exactly what I needed it to do. I can now hide specific shipping postcodes, control where we deliver, and apply shipping discounts without any issues. The support team was great to deal with—quick to get back to me, friendly, and very helpful whenever I had a question. It's made managing our shipping rules much easier and has saved us a lot of time. Would definitely recommend it.

UPDATE: It turns out they were on vacation and I didn't notice a banner or something on their app page with that notice on it. They eventually did get back to me and were helpful in testing and confirming everything was working just in time! Will know after the promotion runs how well the app works but am pleased so far to have found an app so I don't have to hire a developer!

I am a new paying customer and have emailed the developers every day for a week trying to get help and haven't heard back from them. I have no idea if what I set up will work and our big promotion is in 3 days.

Temur understood my testing conditions and looked into our installation. He was able to verify my rules were working properly in production by sending me a screen shot. It appears we may have had a caching issue on our side, because moments later, I was able to verify my rules were working properly as well.

I noticed I was getting a lot of fraudulent orders (with failed payment) with my cheapest product - which was an add on that required another product. I was looking for a way to block people from checking out with that one product in their cart. Sidekick pointed me to this app, and Checkout Rules & Discounts was the answer. The support team was super helpful in making sure I set up my rule correctly. 10/10, would definitely use them for future rules!

I’ve tried a few checkout apps, but Craftly Rules stands out specifically for its discount builder. It’s incredibly intuitive and handles complex conditions without any glitches. It has made setting up our rules so much easier. Highly recommend if you need granular control over your checkout logic!

This app helped us offer express shipping while still keeping free shipping above a certain order value, without the rules conflicting. Easy to understand and works well for our use case. Would definitely recommend.
