This app adds some very much needed customisability to the checkout. We're in the 'Gift sending' industry so often customers accidentally forget to change the shipping address to the correct recipients address when using Shop Pay/Apple Pay or Google Pay express checkout options. This app allows us to easily hide express checkout buttons without needing to disable the express checkout options across our whole store so 5 stars for solving real world merchant problems!

Very useful app and a fantastic support. I recommend this app every store owner. Continue please your good work and invent new rules. :) I installed this app on a second store and needed a new rule and Sam helped me to set it in no time.

Excellent app for changing the default shipping methods which include carrier estimated delivery dates (Economy, Standard, Express) to read additional text or in our use case, changing them to read, USPS First Class "no tracking", USPS Ground Advantage w/tracking & USPS Priority Mail 1-4 days.

We were getting lots of complaints from people who didn't receive tracking information for checking out using the economy option and this helped cut down on a lot of pointless emails... although we still receive one here and there.

Also, if you want to change the default shipping method... which we considered... this will help you do that very easily as well. For example, you want it to default on the option with shipping tracking and customers can go with economy if they like.

Customer service is also excellent. I deleted the app previously to try and weed out an issue with our store and when I realized it wasn't BeSure, I reinstalled and ran into a little speed bump which I thought was possibly from the app. I reached out and received a quick response. They also took the time to look into my settings before responding with a response that would otherwise ignore those. Sam was able to help me reduce the number of rules I was using (limited by shopify, not the app), simply by doing some homework before they replied. Thank you!

Excellent app. There are so many uses for it and Sam is so fast to reply and to help you set things up. I would recommend this app to any store with multiple shipping and payment methods to give your customers the best experience.

Shopify has forcibly implemented one-page checkout on my store and this app is not compatible! Instead of hiding express checkout, this app removes PayPal and Shopify payments as a payment option entirely.

If you are using this app, none of your customers are able to checkout!

UPDATE:

I've changed my review to 5 stars as the developer jumped in and did everything they could to mitigate the issue. Shopify has created its one-page checkout so that PayPal can only be targeted in its entirety. It is no longer possible to programmatically separate PayPal from PayPal Express.

The developer has found a "band-aid solution", which is clearly explained on their app setup page. This solution will work for some, but not for others.

If you want to hide Express Checkout, BSURE Checkout Rules is the way to go. The developer is responsive and helpful. Also, they are actively petitioning Shopify to fix the mess they have made.

As this is really a Shopify issue, there is no other app that can solve this problem any better.

Stick with BSure, they are your best choice!

Very fast support and so far the only way we've been able to hide the express checkout and get the payment methods in an order that we wanted
