Setup took less than a day and the dashboards made sense immediately, no manual required. I had a question about how a metric was calculated and support got back to me same-day with a clear explanation and even pointed out another report I hadn't noticed that answered a follow-up question I hadn't even asked yet. Compared to digging through native Shopify analytics, this feels like it's actually built for how we think about the business. It's also easily accessible from Shopify dashboard.
