Claimify has made managing customer claims so much simpler for us. Refunds, returns, exchanges, and warranty requests all land in one dashboard, which has cut out a ton of the back-and-forth we used to deal with. The setup was straightforward and it slotted into our store without any fuss.
What's really set the team apart is how forward-thinking they are. They gave us early access to their AI helpers, their warranty management features, and the new forms editor before they rolled out widely and all three have been great additions. The forms editor in particular makes building claim workflows quick and flexible, and warranty management has been a big help for our after-sales process.
On top of the product itself, the support has been responsive and genuinely helpful whenever we've had questions. Highly recommend any store looking to bring order to their claims process.
