CP: Order Editing & Upsell

We’ve had a great experience using the ClickPost Order Editing app. It allows customers to easily update addresses, change sizes, or modify orders post-purchase, which has significantly reduced our support queries. Support team is responsive and helpful whenever needed.

This has been reducing the number of emails we receive to update orders. It's easy to use and set up and the developers have been very receptive to changes and suggestions and quick to respond to emails.

Really happy with Clickpost so far. We added it mainly for order edits but ended up using the upsell part too, which actually brought in a bit of extra revenue without much effort. Setup was pretty straightforward, and when I got stuck, Smit jumped in and helped quickly. Loving it so far.
