We have used this APP for about 6 years with few issues. Today it is down, our payroll is due in a few hours and you can't reach anybody. We will be switching immediately and would suggest anyone who uses them to abandon ship. I wish I could give them zero stars.
This app is very inconsistent and the only way to contact support is through email. I would not recommend this app to anyone who wants to effectively keep track of their employees work hours. It definitely disrupts work flow when employees are not able to clock in and out, and payroll reports are not available on a consistent basis.
Basic functions. Worked for me while it was working. Then all of a sudden it kept giving me an error when I tried to log in to the back end. No communication from the developer. I cut my losses, have missing clock in report information for the last week, and switched to a different company that already is integrated better and way more intuitive.

Just randomly stopped working. no support. no information. Very frustrating
We’re sorry for the frustration this caused. Our app was affected by the recent AWS outage, which also took down our support tools and temporarily limited communication.
As soon as everything was restored, our team responded to all affected merchants and followed up to ensure everything was working properly again.
Worked great until they did an update and then when I went to get my employees hours and run payroll my pin no longer worked.. then when I tried to reset it, it told me my email was invalid. Sent customer service messages, but no reply and no other way to contact support (like a phone number) so I was SOL. Left me with no way to access my employees hours or run payroll! Pretty frustrating! Will be finding a new software for time keeping.
App updated yesterday. User interface changed, and none of our PINs worked. Five digit PINs, essential for us to identify where the staff member is working, weren't accepted. We got speedy support from Josh to help remedy the problem. In the future, however, we could use some warning ahead of these updates to make them seamless.
This app is now garbage since the update.
We are seeking a new app Time Clock App now...
It was good while it lasted.
It worked great until it wouldn't let me update any employees' hourly wage or add a new employee. I contacted support multiple times. One response from them only asking for more detail, which I provided, and after that...nothing! It's useless to me now...I'm switching.

It's nice having the time card built into the pos app, so it's easy for my employees to clock-in. Other than that, it's kind of a pain in the b. You have to go into each employee's time card in order to print. You also have to manually adjust the time period for each employee, before being able to print. It doesn't show the added up hours for the two week period on the individual time card. For us, it makes the time card it produces sort of useless. I still have to take the data and import it into easier to read and understand time card, so I can get the employees signatures on them. It's very basic, no thrills, and you still have to do a good amount of work. It might be better using paper time cards.
Sucks. It would not let me use the import function and pulled it up on the ipad, got an error message. Thanks for nothing.

Switched our old POS system, that had a time clock feature included, to Shopify POS which does not. I was skeptical about adding this app but after using it for several months I’ve been pleasantly surprised. Have had no issues thus far and very user friendly.
Easy to use tracking of my teams hours. This is exactly the app I was looking for. Contacted customer support to clarify a couple questions I had and they responded quickly. Great app!
I just started to use it and so far so good. They have A great customer service and quick problem solve.
This app is the punch card system I was looking for. It allows me to track all of my staffs time effectively.
I use it to clock in and out... but it appears with different hours... I ask for help but they answer that they are a small team and they were not at the office.
Then sometimes the app don't work so is impossible to use it.
