This app has been a great addition to my store. It significantly reduced the number of returns, and the setup process was quick and straightforward. I do wish they would add a feature that supports using my WhatsApp number. But to be fair, with other apps, my number often gets blocked anyway. Overall, highly recommended!
Excellent app! It made a real difference to our store operations. Returns have dropped noticeably since we started using it.
