This has been very useful for us as a small business who doesn't have time or money for large marketing efforts. It's simple and we don't really have to bother with it after the initial setup. We started using just email and then the social media posts.
The new text messaging seems interesting, but we are getting a feel for our customers first
before we go there. The most helpful thing for us has been the automation. We just set tags when we create new
products and everything just sends. The emailing from our .com was scary to set up, but the technical support helped us. We
are glad we did it because it's nice to see that customers are actually clicking the emails.
