We changed to ConsignCloud, after using our old system for 2.5 years - so it was a big job to changeover all of our data, and get our heads around the differences, however the ConsignCloud team made it easy by being so helpful and available to answer all of our questions!
The customer service has been really great, and has definitely made the whole process a lot easier.
Our store is really enjoying ConsignCloud, we have found that it's a lot more intuitive and faster than what we were using. Our team have picked up on how to use it really quickly. I would definitely recommend!
We've been using ConsignCloud for almost 5 years and have been happy with them for our outdoor consignment shop. There is a bit of a learning curve, and it takes some tinkering to understand how features function and adapt to our policies and procedures. Being able to export most information into excel and reimport is a huge plus. There has been a constant stream of new features over the years, some don't work for our shop. There are just a few things we would like to see tweaked, but for something that's not a custom application, the value seems on point.
We've been using ConsignCloud since 2022, listing thousands of products from hundreds of consignors and partners. Top tier design, always works as we need it to, great feature set, and super star technical support. The ConsignCloud team manages to get back to us on any issue within a few hours at most and has a ready solution every time. Generally though, we don't need support - it's a great app that does what it's supposed to do.
