There's been an issue with lock-on pages caused by the configuration. I'm very impressed by how promptly they respond and try to solve the problem. Once you accept a subscription it makes it very difficult to cancel it and they keep charging you
We’re sorry to hear this. Once a plan is approved, charges begin automatically, and you can cancel anytime directly from your Shopify admin, by uninstalling the app and there are no restrictions from our side.
Uninstalling the app immediately cancels future charges. If you prefer to keep it installed, we can also cancel the license for you.

App doesn't show up. Just a permanent error message in admin.

Amazingly responsive customer service. We have an older theme that often requires help with new apps and they stepped in immediately to help us get everything set up. They respond to all emails timely and are very easy to work with. We definitely recommend working with them.
