The app offers a free trial period, and paid plans with fair prices. Integration is straightforward, and the walkthrough tutorials guide clearly on each step. User-friendly interface, and content creation and subscriber management have several features. Also, great customer service.
Very impressed with this app. Installation was straightforward, the documentation is excellent and it was easy to get everything configured. The subscription setup, customer journey and automated emails all worked really well, and the developer has been responsive to feedback and open to improvements. Highly recommended for anyone selling digital products, memberships or subscriptions.
Great app. Great team. The all-in-one solution you need to truly begin your digital subscriptions business. While it's still early days, we've been really happy with the Content Vault team for their product, user experience, and customer support.
Fantastic support.
I had a small alignment issue with the subscription widget on my product page due to a conflict with my theme. The support team responded quickly, accessed the store, identified the problem, and implemented a CSS fix that resolved it right away.
Everything is now displaying perfectly across my products. The team was friendly, fast, and very knowledgeable. It’s great to see this level of support from an app developer.
Great product - was able to setup a digital subscription with ease. The customer service is absolutely amazing, especially Seva. He replied promptly and even went out of his way to their development team to address an issue.

I do want to clarify one thing, though. We actually responded to your original message the same day, and followed up multiple times afterward, but unfortunately never heard back from you. We’re always happy to help and would never intentionally leave a merchant without support.
We’re a small team, but we take support very seriously and continuously aim to provide a 5-star experience for every merchant using Content Vault. If something slipped through or emails didn’t come through on your end, I’d really like the chance to make it right.
Regarding translations: multi-language support is actively being improved, and it’s something we know is important to many merchants.

Great app! I wanted to drip content in the same order from when a customer subscribes and this was one of very few apps that could do it. This also has more features than the other apps, so I decided to go with it and I'm glad I did. These guys are quick to respond and have been super helpful in every way!

This app is useful for subscription managing! I use it to manage recurring subscriptions for my planner and digital content.
