It's a great app with responsive support. Our customers have found using the AI chat on our website helpful and informative. It has alleviated some of our staff's workload for basic questions such as stock availability and other commonly asked questions. It can pick out recommended accessories for customers and increase the cart size for orders.

This app has been so helpful in alleviating some of our customer service requests. It provides accurate and helpful information and allows for most inquiries to be handled in a timely manner. The customer support team is very responsive and helpful as well.

We have been testing this app for several weeks and have made it our effective chat assistant tool and are very happy with the results. Once you calibrate it properly and streamline your website information, the app can fluenty read through the information to understand complex customer questions and provide clear answers. The app also absorbs your catalogue info incredibly and product suggestions are very pertinent to the conversation, this is actually the most valuable feature of this app. The customer support is also amazing. For those who are new to Chat Gpt based chat bots this is the app to go as the configuration is incredibly simple yet you can make important customizations to better address your business needs. I would advise to take full advantage of the trial period and customer support to calibrate the app for your website, it will be worth it. They also made some cool improvements to the Knowledge base forms that we are about to test.

We are currently trialling the app and love it. The AI has been answering customers questions like a storm. The replies are up to date to our current product promotions, etc. The team is very supportive. Looking forward to see their next integration with Shopify Inbox.

I have 100,000 products in my store, and my tags usually don't find all my products. This app is a useful tool for suggesting options to the customer. Interestingly, it can automatically read and summarize the product pages for the client. I'd like to have more time to continue testing it.

I’ve been using it for 1-2 weeks, and so far, I’m satisfied with the AI chat. I believe this is the best value-for-money chatbot for Shopify stores. Unlike the others I tried, which have product quantity limitations in smaller plans, this one has no such restrictions, and that’s very important. What I find useful would be the option to display current promotions or various offers in the chat bubble. I’m sure this feature will be available in the future.
