We installed Conversios, and it’s been working great! The setup was straight forward, and the app has been really helpful in Google ads conversions tracking our data accurate. What really stands out is their Reporting section which gives you the required business insight that helps to take the business decision.
Conversios helped us setting up the GA4 datalayers in the Custom form, also providing us extra data points to enhance our data collections. We were able to quickly verify our implementation and start tracking the events.
First of all, I am very thankful to the Conversios team. They were extremely helpful. I scheduled a meeting with them, and they were ready at the exact time. Initially, my conversion tracking was not set up properly, but when I discussed everything with them, they not only guided me but also fixed those issues themselves, without needing my involvement.
If you are looking for an all-in-one app that can handle everything for you in the backend, believe me, Conversios and their team will not disappoint you.
I just purchased this app for one of my businesses, and I will soon purchase it for another as well. Why not? I will definitely recommend it to all my professional peers because it provides excellent value.

I find this app really helpful for tracking custom events as per your store. Setting up multiple pixels isn’t confusing anymore, and I can see the data in a way that makes sense.
Am happy with the Tracking tool but also more satisfied with their Customer Service because the Conversios Team was able to customise the tracking to my particular business.
The Conversios Pixel App provides a streamlined solution for multi-platform pixel tracking, with integrations for Google Tag Manager, GA4, Facebook, TikTok, and others. It includes dynamic remarketing to support retargeting efforts and offers detailed reporting for data-driven decision-making. The app's user interface and automated tag and trigger setup through GTM improve efficiency and save time.

2. Proactive Support:
On 21 August 2024, during your trial period, we sent a request for store access to assist you with any setup or challenges. Unfortunately, this request was rejected, and no further support was requested before you uninstalled the app.
3. Feedback Without Reaching Out:
Despite the feedback provided about difficulty in setting up and dissatisfaction with support, no support request was made during your trial period or afterward. Our team was fully prepared to assist, but without your cooperation, we couldn’t address the concerns.
4. Charges and Refund Policy:
As the app was uninstalled after the trial period ended, the charges incurred were valid per our policy, which is transparently outlined on our app listing page and applies to all users.
5. Goodwill Offer:
Despite the above, we offered an extended trial period of 30 additional days (total of 13 months usage) as a goodwill gesture to ensure you could fully experience the benefits of the app.
6. Regarding Fraud Claims:
We would like to strongly refute any claims of fraud or dishonest practices. We operate as a certified Shopify Partner, and all of our policies, including pricing and refunds, are clearly outlined and available to all users before installation. We have always been transparent and followed proper procedures as per Shopify's guidelines.

We're so pleased to one app which looks after all of our Google & Meta conversion tracking. Conversios is super easy to set up yourself with guided prompts the whole way through.
We contacted the Conversios team to ask for help in double checking that everything was set up correctly and they responded very fast and had a Zoom booked within a few hours for them to check set up and test events.

Conversios GA4 & Ads Tracking fixed our Microsoft/Bing ad tracking that was broken for over a month! The App works with Shopify accounts that also use the Google & YouTube and the Microsoft Shopping Apps. Their support was amazing! I highly recommend the Conversios GA4 & Ads Tracking App!!
I regret to say that our experience with the Conversios app for Shopify has been nothing short of disappointing. We made the decision to purchase the app around 20th February, expecting it to streamline our conversion tracking process. However, since then, we've encountered numerous integration issues.
One of the most frustrating problems we've faced is the inconsistency in passing customer data through GTM (Google Tag Manager). This inconsistency has resulted in incomplete conversion recordings, leaving us with insufficient data about our customers and their orders. This undermines the very purpose of using an app like Conversios, which is supposed to enhance our conversion tracking capabilities.
Adding to our frustration is the lackluster support provided by the Conversios team. Responses to our inquiries often take one or two days, and even then, the solutions provided are temporary fixes at best. We've reached out for permanent resolutions to our integration issues, but unfortunately, they've not been able to deliver.
Overall, our experience with Conversios has been deeply unsatisfactory. Given the critical nature of accurate conversion tracking for our business, we have no choice but to consider removing this app from our Shopify store. We are now asking for the refund and they are avoiding that. Don't waste your time and money.
