This app has completely changed how I interact with my customers. Before Convexa, I was
drowning in emails and Instagram DMs across different platforms. Now everything is in
one place!

What I love most:
1. Quick replies - I set up templates for common questions (shipping time, sizing,
etc.) and just click to send. Saves me hours every week.
2. Order tracking - Customers get automatic updates via WhatsApp when their order
ships. "Where's my order?" messages dropped by 80%!
3. Mobile app - Being able to respond from my phone is a lifesaver. Had a customer
question while I was at the grocery store - answered it right away and closed a $200
sale.

The learning curve is minimal. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use this. The tutorials
are clear and support team is genuinely helpful (not just copy-paste responses).

Only tiny complaint: I wish there was a dark mode option for the dashboard. Other than
that, it's pretty much perfect.

Bottom line: If you want to build real relationships with customers instead of just
transactional emails, get this app. It's worth every penny
