We never received one single RMA in the app, even though customers tried. And we tested it ourselves. It never loads on the dashboard. We never received actual support either to make it work for us, so we are deleting it as essentially it does not work at all.

We just started their app and what I can say this far is that is it very easy to set up and seem very well-made. Their customer service is very accomodating and fast to respond. 5 star for me!
Great app for managing returns. It just works outside the box. The only thing to do is adding a link, so my customers can request a return.
