CourNotify sends your customer a WhatsApp message with their order details and a confirm or cancel option as soon as they order. Confirmed orders are checked with AI for a complete delivery address, then a courier is recommended based on delivery history for that city, from among the couriers you use. Once dispatched, your customer gets tracking on WhatsApp and automatic updates through in-transit, out for delivery, delivered, or returned, tagged directly on the order in Shopify.
