I have sent several emails with no support response. This app only works half of the time, sometimes it will charge to customer others it will just spin and think about it until you finally close out and try again with same result. Might work for a customer 1 day then not the next. I have customers that are active in both Shopify and QBO but it will not pull them up in this app to charge to them.
You have not reached out, I gave access to store for you to fix! You NEVER even logged into it to fix it!!!! I gave you a phone number to call and have never heard anything!!!

I am editing my review as the app developers did get in contact with me and have been trying to fix all our issues. I am hopeful we will be up and running with no issues very soon.

A much needed addition to our new POS system. The support from Lazer Technologies is top notch, they help with implementation and we were up an running within 48 hours.
Simple and easy to use. Great support so far! Discounts were not viewable and the support team corrected this within a day. Future suggestions would include a dedicated field for a purchase order entry, and a way to remove items from Shopify stock once they are charged, for replenishing.
