As a B2B company, we wanted shopping carts to be saved for 90 days instead of 30 days. We submitted a request to Casper, and after 5 days we received confirmation that this had been implemented.
Our customers, who sometimes take several days to complete an order, are very satisfied that they can now continue working on their order across different devices.

This app has been great for our store! Our sales team loves the ability to review and edit carts for their accounts. Clement is also super helpful and speedy with helping to fix issues. (we have only had 1 issue). Highly recommend this app!

Such a simple solution to such a silly Shopify limitation. Incredibly easy to install and get going. Carts are now syncing across multiple devices, including items with line item properties.
Excellent and prompt customerr service.
So far, not only is this app incredibly helpful, well designed, and easy to use, but support from Clément has been the fastest of any app we've installed to this point.
