Das Verbinden funktioniert super easy, da alles wirklich einfach beschrieben ist. Oftmals scheitert es bei solchen AI Tools ja schon beim Installieren. Die App selbst hat uns auch überzeugt! Die Verbindung läuft reibungslos und die Antworten werden dem Kunden/ der Kundin individuell angepasst & trotzdem nicht einfach gesendet, sondern erst nach Bestätigung. Die App ist auch super simple zu verstehen und erfüllt genau das, was versprochen wird! Wir sind super happy und vergeben gerne 5 Sterne für LUX AI
Absoluter Gamechanger! Ich habe viele AI Support Apps und Tools probiert und noch nie etwas gefunden, dass Ansatzweise mithalten kann.
Die App verbindet sich mit dem Store und mit der E-Mail Adresse und fängt direkt an Nachrichten zu generieren, schickt diese aber erst nach bestätigung ab was ich genial finde.
Mein Kundensupport ist extrem qualitativ geworden, wir haben davor viel mit Makros gearbeitet, was aber beim Kunden auffällt. Hier bekommt der Kunde wirklich eine Antwort die komplett individuell auf die Anfrage abgestimmt ist. 5 Sterne!!

Diese App hat meinen Shop gerockt! Wer hätte gedacht, dass ein Haufen Nullen und Einsen meine Kunden so glücklich machen könnte? "Lux -Customer Support AI" ist der Superheld des Kundensupports, der mir eine Menge Zeit, Geld und Stress erspart hat.
Das Ding ist vollautomatisiert, und es bearbeitet Kundenanfragen, als gäbe es kein Morgen. Mein Support läuft jetzt dreimal so schnell, und ich zahle keinen Cent mehr für teure Mitarbeiter! Talk about a win-win.
Die Benutzeroberfläche? Smooth wie Butter. Es läuft alles wie am Schnürchen, und die Einrichtung war so easy wie das Aufschlagen eines Omeletts.
Und der Kundenservice? 10/10! Diese Jungs und Mädels sind on fire . Sie sind da, wenn ich sie brauche, und sie rocken wirklich die Bude.
Keine Bugs, keine Probleme, kein Drama. Ich hab' das Ding jetzt seit einiger Zeit am Laufen, und es ist einfach nur WOW.
