There was an issue with the tiered pricing showing when no rule was assigned. apparently if you "duplicate" a product in Shopify the metafields transfer over and the new duplicated product can unintentionally show tiered discount rates from the previously mapped metafields. Meaning a product will have discounted pricing that it shouldn't.
The discount support worked quickly to fix the issue with the copied metafields and stopped the incorrect pricing from showing up.

A lot of the time with apps you find your self having to compromise on features, price and usability, possibly even having to get 2 apps to get them to do what you need.

This is where Discountly has really helped us, there idea of being able to ask for custom features and just simply pay for them outside of what plan you need to be on is fantastic and i wish a lot more apps would take this idea up. As it takes the app from a 70% fit to a 100% fit

Customer service is A++
We needed to create a tiered discount for POS only, and most apps do not provide the option to delegate discounts by channel. The Discountly team worked with us to create a custom solution for our in-store only discounts. It took a few tries to get it right but we are so happy with the result!

The app has functioned as intended, but it's really been the customer service and support that I appreciate. Anncode's willingness to offer custom solutions and employ them quickly and effectively solved a problem no other app could.
