Getting started with the app had a bit of a learning curve, but the Customall support team went above and beyond to make sure we felt fully supported every step of the way. I have a unique product, and I had very specific needs when it came to personalization. Hiro and Sunny from the Customall team didn’t just help—they truly invested their time in understanding my vision. They patiently worked with me, offering one-on-one training, ensuring that everything was set up exactly as I wanted.

The app itself is great. It allows my customers to upload their own pictures to personalize gifts, which is a game-changer. I can import PSD files and pull in products directly from print services which made the setup so much faster than I anticipated. But it didn’t stop there—Hiro and Sunny even took the time to consult with me, sharing extra tips and insights that I hadn’t even considered.

I am beyond grateful for the time and care they invested. Their one-on-one support and attention to detail have made all the difference.
