Olá, equipe!

Identificamos um problema com o recebimento do código OTP principalmente para clientes que utilizam e-mails **Hotmail e/ou Outlook**. Nesses casos, os clientes estão relatando que o código não chega, impedindo o acesso à conta.

Fizemos um teste utilizando um endereço do **Gmail** e, nesse caso, o código OTP foi recebido normalmente. Isso indica que o problema pode estar relacionado especificamente ao envio/entrega dos e-mails para os servidores da Microsoft (Hotmail/Outlook).

Esse cenário acaba sendo bastante problemático porque, quando o cliente não recebe o OTP, ele fica sem acesso à conta e também não consegue alterar o e-mail cadastrado para configurar uma segunda forma de acesso.

Como administrador, posso tentar alterar o e-mail do cliente manualmente, mas isso exige uma intervenção caso a caso e não é uma solução escalável.

Gostaria de saber se vocês conseguem verificar se existe algum problema na entrega dos e-mails OTP para Hotmail/Outlook ou alguma configuração que precisamos ajustar para melhorar a entrega nesses provedores.

Além disso, seria importante termos alguma alternativa de recuperação para que o cliente tenha mais autonomia caso não consiga receber o código OTP.
