I uninstalled this app but was still charged. I can't contact the developer for an explanation
Bonify's customer service team is really top notch. They are very responsive and were able to help me through all my questions regarding the app. I wasn't able to use it in the end because I needed a feature they didn't have (being able to place fields on multiple pages), which is complicated and will likely require coding. For someone just looking to add customer account fields and edit those from their profile, this works well.
The app works exactly as we needed it to. A MUST for adding extra customer account fields. Customer service is fast as well, which we love!
Best support I had!!! For unknown reason app stopped working, but fast and precise efforts from support team make us happy again.
App is simple, intuitive and fully serves our needs.
