We’ve been using Customer Accounts by Axentra and it’s been incredibly helpful in improving our customer experience. They helped us with a couple of key issues – first, streamlining the user interface so it’s much more intuitive. Second, they resolved problems customers were having with accessing order details and shipping information, which also helped us lower the burden on our support team.
