Amy Rich was incredibly helpful in helping us make use of the app's features to protect against bots and plan for future scenarios. The additional support and ability to answer our long list of questions and educate our team has been invaluable.
So far so good. I was over-run with Chinese Bots traffic and this app successfully blocked them all.
Made it very simply to block countries we are not selling to without inadvertently blocking needed crawlers, search bots, etc. for our SEO and AEO.
My favorite app. I got it because I kept getting those emails from suspicious senders that promise to improve my site. Once I began blocking certain countries out I stopped getting those emails. I feel like what also helped was the ability to prevent certain bot crawlers from access as well. No issues anymore!
I usually do not quickly write a review, first want to use it for a wile, but after first trying an other app (which did not work very well when i tested it using VPN for different countries I had blocked) I moved on and tried this one. It worked straight away. Blocking many countries was very easy: tick them you want and block them all, no need to set up a rule per country like the other app. Support response to any questions was really fast. and very detailed so that gave me the confidence to start using this ap

Customers can easily get around the "block" feature simply by using an incognito window.
