Custlo ‑ Customer accounts app

I had a great experience with Custlo and especially with their support team. Sunil was extremely patient, responsive, and willing to work around my preferences regarding store access and permissions rather than requiring more access than I was comfortable providing. Their team helped me set up several integrations, and we exchanged quite a few emails while testing everything and making sure it worked the way I needed it to. Sunil consistently followed up, answered my questions, and took the time to look into solutions based on my specific setup.

I really appreciate the amount of time and effort they put into helping me customize my customer accounts. The support has made my experience with Custlo a very positive one, and I would definitely recommend them.

Our store is mainly for customers in China, so we needed some custom adjustments, such as allowing customers to upload the front and back of their ID through their profile.
We also use another OTP login app, which caused some compatibility issues at the beginning. The Custlo team was very patient and responsive, and spent a lot of time helping us make the necessary adjustments and get everything working smoothly.

Overall, I recommend. This has some really great, straightforward features for a User Profile Dashboard and custom metafields that sync nicely with Shopify's customer data.
