I added this app last year and it looked very promising. I personally spoke with one of the founders and he was fantastic in explaining the vision for the software and responding to support inquiries, However, the app has stopped working and the company will not respond to repeated emails and support requests. I believe this company is now defunct and leaving users holding the bag. I really had high hopes for this app but sadly, I would warn everyone to stay far, far away from this app and company.

CustomerVox is an awesome app for Shopify and has an integration with AMazon ses plugin, which allows you to connect your Shopify store with your CustomerVox account, creating an awesome experience for a better way to manage your online store.
