We love the app for the product customisation function on the Shopify POS, which helps us to take down customer's personalized names and options for the products they are purchasing. There are very limited apps on Shopify that work on the POS app, and POSify is the one that works really well without fail.

We have over 200 different paint products that we need to customise when selling via POS. Originally we were doing this processing multiple custom sales each day. POSify has allowed us to quickly select a product/variant at checkout on our POS terminal, enter the custom information, and add it to the cart.
This allows us to keep sales records and view analytics for all products, which we couldn't do when processing them as custom sales. The customisations also appear on the customer receipts which is really helpful. This app is now vital for our business operations!
We reached out to the developer with a suggestions of how the app could be improved for us - 21Orange promptly built and released the features and even extended our trial period while it was being developed!
