We've been using Posify to capture personalisation data for purchases made in our pop-up store, and it's been a fantastic solution. We sell a range of personalised plush toys called Softies, which can be engraved or embroidered offsite, so we needed a reliable way to capture names, font choices, and other customisation details at the point of purchase.

Posify has worked perfectly for this. The setup was straightforward, the data capture is flexible, and it has given our team confidence that all the information required for fulfilment is collected accurately every time.

The only challenge we encountered was a conflict with another app that also uses Shopify's cart transform functionality for price overrides. Rather than being a Posify-specific issue, we resolved this by moving to Shopify Markets and using a dedicated price list for this location instead.

Overall, Posify has been a reliable and effective part of our workflow, and we'd happily recommend it to any retailer needing to capture customisation or personalisation information in Shopify POS.

This app just works. 5 Minute setup and custom fields work. enabling required field while annoying for the staff, ensure that the fields are populated. Asked the dev to include a multiline selection and was live within 2 weeks.
