This app is a must-have for anyone offering custom products or needing to collect detailed information from customers. The team at 21Orange is incredibly supportive and always ready to help with any questions you may have.
I personally use this app in my custom engraving business to gather everything I need from my customers — including what they'd like engraved, their font preference, and much more. It has made the process so much smoother!
This has been abundantly helpful for us. We sell team and individual photos at sports tournaments, and this has enabled us to create different options for team names, jersey numbers, and specific venues that customers are playing at.

This app makes it very easy to add customizations to your personalize-able products in the POS app. Instead of the usual clunkiness I've experienced with other apps, you can just select the product you added to your cart and add notes to that product. If you have multiple of the same item, you can easily split them apart and add multiple customizations which I haven't been able to do with other apps. This one is a keeper.
